New Shop Policies

​

• We will be taking on clients BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Walk in services, such as nail trims, will be at DESIGNATED TIMES ONLY.

​

• Only one client (or family) will be allowed inside the shop at a time.  You will be required to wear a mask and respect the 6ft rule.

​

• We will be staggering appointments to reduce the amount of people outside waiting to check in.  While waiting outside, you are to respect the 6ft rule.

​

• Customers will be given a slip lead as they walk in so that they can remove their dog collars and leashes to take home with them.

​

• All dogs will be taken to the bath and washed first.

​

• Our groomers will be provided with masks and gloves.

​

• Our groomers will be doing all coat assessments in the back and then come out to talk with the pet owner about their groom plan

​

• All surfaces and tools will be disinfected between clients and often throughout the day. We will utilize a UV sterilizer along with germicidal sprays.
